Ingredients: 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 cup cold buttermilk ½ cup butter, melted and cooled ¾ cup shredded cheddar ¾ cup chopped apples Directions: Preheat oven to 475. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. Ingredients: ¾ cup shredded zucchini ¾ cup shredded apples ¾ cup applesauce 2 eggs ⅓ cup maple syrup ¼ cup + 1 tbsp melted coconut oil ½ cup Greek yogurt 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1¾ cups + 1 tbsp flour Directions: Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin pan with liners or nonstick spray.
