Barrington School of Worthington South
Meet Our Director:
Brittney Bailey

As the Center Director at The Barrington School of Worthington–South, I bring over ten years of experience in early childhood education, encompassing both administrative leadership and classroom instruction. Prior to joining Barrington, I led a Kindergarten Prep program for more than three years, supporting young learners as they developed foundational skills and confidence for success in school and beyond.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a focus on Human Development and Family Sciences, which has provided me with a deep understanding of child development and family dynamics.
Working with children has always been a true passion of mine. I find great joy in witnessing their curiosity, growth, and excitement as they explore and make new discoveries. Equally important to me is building meaningful, trusting relationships with families and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
My values align closely with Barrington’s mission to foster strong social skills and guide children through positive interactions. I believe early childhood education lays the foundation for lifelong learning and success, and I am dedicated to nurturing problem-solving abilities, encouraging curiosity, and creating an environment where children can thrive. I take great pride in maintaining a warm, organized, and well-managed center that provides every child and family with the highest-quality care and educational experience.
Outside of Barrington, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three daughters exploring the local community and making lasting family memories together.
