Barrington Schools are powered by the amazing directors and teachers you see every day, but there’s also a group working behind the scenes to make sure that every child, family, and staff member experiences the very best of the Barrington way.
Our corporate team manages the details that keep everything running smoothly, from hiring and training to safety, curriculum, and the meals your children enjoy. With five leaders guiding that work, their focus supports consistency, quality, and care across every location.
Get to Know Our Corporate Team

Britanni C., Director of Operations
If there’s a challenge, question, or really any moment that calls for problem-solving, Brittani is often the go-to resource. She works closely with each of our location directors, helping with day-to-day operations and making sure each center runs smoothly. She also partners with the owners of our franchised locations, sharing guidance and best practices so every Barrington School stays aligned with our mission and continues to create a positive experience for the families they serve.
Brittani’s journey with Barrington began in the classroom as an Assistant Director, followed by several years as the Director of our Dublin location. Since stepping into her corporate role in 2020, she’s brought that hands-on experience with her, supporting teams, troubleshooting staffing needs, and helping school leaders feel confident in their decisions. Her work is rooted in collaboration, always balancing brand consistency with the unique needs of each school.

Jenn O., Health & Safety Inspector
Jenn has been with Barrington for over 10 years and helps make sure every school meets the standards families count on. She spends a full week onsite at each location, both corporate and franchise, every quarter, working through a detailed health and safety review.
During these visits, Jenn looks at each school through both state requirements and Barrington’s own health and safety standards. But while she evaluates, she also educates. Through thoughtful feedback, hands-on guidance, and her deep understanding of evolving regulations, she guides each school in continuously improving and exceeding expectations. Her keen eye and supportive approach are ultimately what help ensure every child’s environment is both safe and consistent across locations.

Ashley J., Curriculum Coordinator
Ashley knows the Barrington classroom from the inside out. Starting her career here as a toddler teacher, she has spent the past 10 years immersing herself in our culture and methodology, with a strong focus on Conscious Discipline and early childhood education.
Today, she works alongside teachers across all of our centers, spending time in classrooms, offering feedback, and providing hands-on support. Her goal is to help each classroom feel engaging, balanced, and supportive for both children and educators. She also leads training for new staff, helping teachers feel confident from the start.
Her involvement in professional development, including conferences like the Ohio Association for the Education of Young Children, is also what keeps Barrington’s curriculum fresh, thoughtful, and grounded in best practices.

Brittney B., Enrollment & Staffing Specialist
Brittney plays a key role in guiding families and future staff through their first steps with Barrington. As the Center Director at our Worthington South location, she has a strong understanding of what families are looking for, which she uses to advice other schools on how to create a tour and enrollment experience that feels welcoming and supportive from the start. Her natural knack for building genuine connections has been invaluable in nurturing incoming families, so they feel truly taken care of throughout the process.
On the staffing side, Brittney reviews candidates, conducts initial calls and interviews, and helps narrow things down so directors can find the best fits for their locations. She also guides new hires through onboarding, making sure all requirements are complete and that they feel prepared and set up for success before ever stepping into the classroom.

Kristina H., Executive Chef
Nutrition is an important part of each child’s day, and Kristina helps make it’s handled with care and intention. As Barrington’s Executive Chef, she works closely with school admins, franchises, and location chefs to create balanced, nutritious menus that children enjoy.
She’s involved in everything from sourcing ingredients and managing costs to inspecting kitchens and developing new menu ideas. Kristina also stays connected with chefs and leadership across all locations, gathering feedback, revising menu items, and helping keep meals consistent across the board.
Together, our corporate team brings both knowledge and heart to everything they do. Even behind the scenes, their work shapes the daily experiences of every child, family, and teacher at Barrington School. We’re so grateful for them!
